体育课作为一门以身体练习为主要手段,以本体感受为主要形式,以增进身体健康为主要目的必修课程。它关注的不仅是通过体育教学增强学生的体质,而且还要通过体育教学改善学生心理健康和社会适应能力。可是,我们的学校和教师往往只注重学生对运动技能的掌握,忽视了学生个性发展,抹杀了学生的创造能力,不利于学生的全面、健康发展。随着新课程标准的实施,对于体育教育教学进行了全面、细致的改革,我们广大体育教师应借此之机,切实改进教学
Physical education as a physical means as the main means to feel the main form of the body to enhance the health of the main purpose of compulsory courses. It is concerned not only through physical education to enhance students ’physique, but also through physical education to improve students’ mental health and social adaptability. However, our schools and teachers tend to focus only on students’ mastery of motor skills, neglect their personality development, obliterate students’ creativity and detriment of students’ overall and healthy development. With the implementation of the new curriculum standards, we have carried out comprehensive and meticulous reforms in the teaching of physical education, and our general physical education teachers should take the opportunity to improve teaching
