通过对《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》第二部分“坚持和完善基本经济制度”的学习,笔者认为,坚持和完善基本经济制度,必须毫不动摇地巩固和发展公有制经济,进一步深化国有企业改革,发挥好国有经济的主导作用;必须毫不动摇地鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展,使之更好地实现与公有制经济的相互融合、相互促进、共同发展。 Through studying Part II of the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform, “Insisting on and Perfecting the Basic Economic System,” I believe that it is imperative to unswervingly consolidate and develop public ownership by adhering to and perfecting the basic economic system Economy, further deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and give full play to the leading role of the state-owned economy. We must unswervingly encourage, support and guide the development of the non-public-owned economy so that it can better integrate with the public-owned economy and promote and develop together.
