慢性肺源性心脏病和冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称肺心病和冠心病)合并存在时诊断较困难。尚乏统一诊断标准。兹将我院1974年5月至1978年4月329例肺心病中合并冠心病,诊断较明确资料较完整者32例加以分析。
Chronic pulmonary heart disease and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (referred to as cor pulmonale and coronary heart disease) exist when the diagnosis is more difficult. There is no uniform diagnostic criteria. In our hospital from May 1974 to April 1978 329 cases of pulmonary heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease, the more complete diagnosis of 32 cases were analyzed.
