通过测定四川队及参加1997年全国女子手球冬训检查赛的9支球队共26名队员比赛时的心率、血乳酸和血尿素氮等指标后发现,新组建的四川女子手球队队员的心率和血乳酸浓度与其他省市手球强队相比已无明显差异,而且其无氧代谢能力还有较大潜力可挖掘和提高;血尿素氮含量的变化呈良好趋势,说明训练和比赛对运动员肌肉蛋白质代谢影响较为强烈,队员身体机能状况已具备了与国内强队相抗衡的实力。
