作为基层秘书,由于长期受领导耳提面命的熏陶,一般都养成了时时刻刻多想事、多办事、办好事.随时准备为领导排忧解难的职业习惯。这一点是领导公认和肯定的。但是,秘书常受领导的责备也是事实。我接触过许多秘书,他们有个共同的想法,就是倘若从这个岗位走开,就再也不愿重操旧业。个中缘由虽多,常受批评与委屈不能不说是一个重要原因。
