本文比较分析了ELISA和ABC两种方法在肿瘤McAbS筛选应用中的一些利弊关系。结果表明,ELISA测出为阳性并与结肠癌细胞系反应的99.5％(198/199)孔杂交瘤细胞所分泌的抗体,经ABC法染色后是不与其癌组织反应的,其中只有0.5％(1/199)孔细胞的抗体才是这两种方法同时均能测得为阳性和是有意义的。而ABC法不仅可检出ELISA阳性的抗体,而且亦能检出ELISA漏筛为性阴、最终是有意义的理想抗体。
This article comparatively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of ELISA and ABC in the application of McAb screening in tumor. The results showed that antibodies secreted by 99.5% (198/199) hybridoma cells that were positive by ELISA and reacted with colon cancer cell lines did not react with their cancerous tissue after staining by ABC method and only 0.5% 1/199) well-cell antibody is that both methods can be both positive and meaningful at the same time. The ABC method can not only detect the ELISA positive antibody, but also detect the ELISA leak screen for the vulva, the final is meaningful ideal antibody.
