本工作是利用透射电子显微镜观察国产掺杂钨丝加工态和再结晶态的组织特征。加工态钨丝呈明显的纤维组织,纤维内部的位错密度极不均匀,被拉长的钾管沿纤维界壁分布。高温时成串排列的钾泡钉扎界面,使其呈弓形,抑制再结晶过程。但是,在钾泡钉扎晶界不明显的情况下,出现不均匀再结晶现象,这表面尚有其它因素控制掺杂钨丝的再结晶过程。
This work is the use of transmission electron microscopy observed domestic doped tungsten filament processing and recrystallization state characteristics. Processing tungsten filament was obvious fibrous tissue, the dislocation density within the fiber is very uneven, elongated potassium tube along the fiber wall distribution. High temperature when arranged in series of potassium bubble pinning the interface, making it arched, inhibit the recrystallization process. However, in the case of potassium spheres pinning grain boundaries is not obvious, there is uneven recrystallization phenomenon, there are other factors that control the surface of the tungsten doping recrystallization process.
