目前,国内外应用采集及分析动态切削力的方法来研究诸如切削刀具的磨损、已加工表面质量以及工艺系统特性等问题。切削力数据采集及分析系统中,抗频混滤波器截止频率的选择,直接与切削测力仪的动态参数有关。测力仪的动态参数估计,目前常用的方法有三种,即正弦激振法,冲击激振法及瞬态激振法。我们认为后一种方法比前二种方法,不仅试验装置简单,不需用专门的测试仪器,而且操作方便,通过计算机曲线拟合,对于很小的阻尼片和较高的固有频率,亦可获得一定程度的精确性。
