漂白针叶木浆经PFI不同转数打浆,然后用纤维素酶Celluclast 1.5L进行处理,探讨了打浆对漂白针叶木浆纤维素酶作用效果的影响。结果表明,漂白针叶木浆经适当打浆后再进行酶处理,还原糖生成量增加29.38%,水解效率显著增加,聚合度下降明显,说明打浆能够促进纤维素酶在纤维表面吸附;随着打浆转数的增加,酶处理后纸浆中细小纤维含量增加幅度降低,纸浆游离度和保水值增加幅度提高,说明打浆能够促进纤维素酶对纤维结晶区的水解作用。
Bleached softwood pulp was beaten with different PFI rpm and then treated with cellulose Celluclast 1.5L to investigate the effect of beating on the effect of bleached softwood pulp cellulase. The results showed that the bleached softwood pulp could be enzymatically treated with appropriate beating, the amount of reducing sugar increased by 29.38%, the hydrolysis efficiency increased significantly and the degree of polymerization decreased obviously, indicating that beating can promote the adsorption of cellulase on the surface of the fiber. The increase of the number of small fibers in the pulp decreased with the increase of the number of the pulp. The increase of the degree of freeness and the water holding capacity of the pulp increased, indicating that beating can promote the hydrolysis of the fiber crystalline zone by the cellulase.
