我院1985年共接收产妇3427例,接生3454胎(双胎37例),发生各种畸形65例,发生率为18.76%。与河北医学院(21/10909、20.30‰)山东医学院(208/10466,19.90‰)、北京市妇产医院(252/13583,18.7‰)、中山医学院(462/55107,8.2‰)、武汉医学院(157/26924,5.8‰)相比,我院占第三位。本组65例中,神经系统畸形45例,占69%,与国内资料相似。本组65例畸形儿,涉及到的致畸因素较多,其中
