屈光不正目前主要靠验光配镜来矫正,但门诊常不能及时满足患者的需要。为了解决这一矛盾,我们试图用小瞳孔检影验光来提高验光的速度。但实践中发现该法仅适用于单纯近视,对远视及散光眼的误差较大。现将近两年来我科619眼散瞳前后的检影结果分析如下: Refractive error is currently mainly rely on optometry to correct, but the clinic often can not meet the needs of patients.
