Objective: To explore the value of minimally invasive rotational biopsy in multiple lumps of breast surgery. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients with multiple breast masses were selected and randomly divided into 100 cases of revolving group. Mammotome breast minimally invasive revolving system was used for treatment. In control group, 46 cases were treated by traditional open breast lump excision. Results: The operation time, postoperative healing time and incision length of the revolving group were significantly better than those of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the revolving group was 4% The complication rate was 6.52%, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with traditional surgery, minimally invasive excision of multiple breast masses using Mammotome minimally invasive polypectomy guided by ultrasound has the advantages of short operative time, quick recovery after operation and few complications.
