以紫粟紫威的成熟种子为材料,建立起了紫粟紫威的再生体系:种子表面灭菌方式为:75%乙醇浸泡1min,然后0.1%升汞浸泡13min;在附加2.0mg/L2,4-D,0.3mg/L6-BA,690mg/L脯氨酸,500mg/L水解酪蛋白,3%蔗糖和6g/L琼脂的N6培养基中愈伤诱导率最高,达100%;在诱导培养基中添加100mg/LVc可以有效抑制愈伤褐化;附加0.1mg/L6-BA和0.2%活性炭的N6培养基愈伤分化率最高,达90%;生根培养基为附加3%蔗糖和6g/L琼脂的1/2MS培养基.
