一、企业基本情况及存在的问题中盐湖南株洲化工集团有限公司(以下简称中盐株化)位于湖南省株洲市石峰区清水塘老工业区,主厂区占地一千多亩,是中南地区最大的化工原料生产基地。公司前身株洲化工厂始建于1956年,曾由国家化工部直接管理,后下放湖南省化工厅管理,1997年改制为湖南株洲化工集团有限责任公司。2007年5月,中国盐业总公司出资重组株化集团,持股65%,湖南省国资委持股35%。
