用于分析测定的吸光光度法,实际应用极为广泛,几乎各种元素都可借助于该法进行测定。在定量分析化学教学、农业分析、医学检验、有机分析、工业分析和科研中都占有较重要的地位。该法具有灵敏度高、测定速度快及仪器设备简单、易生产、易掌握等特点,很适合我国国情,全国各种型号的这类仪器生产也较为齐全。尤其近来对微量组分的测定 (如环境分析化学),国内外也多愿意采用该法,这就更显示了该法的重要性。吸光光度法用于分析测定,其测定结果的计算,通常采用: ①标样计算法。对于单个试样的测定,还是较方便的,但该法的偶然误差对测定结果影响较大,因而并不常用。

The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast measuring speed, simple equipment, easy production and easy to grasp and so on. It is suitable for the national conditions of our country. The production of various kinds of instruments in this country is relatively complete. In particular, the recent determination of trace components (such as environmental analytical chemistry), both at home and abroad are more willing to adopt the law, which further demonstrates the importance of the law. Absorbance spectrophotometry for analysis and determination, the calculation of the measurement results, usually used: ① standard calculation method. For the determination of a single sample is still more convenient, but the accidental error of the method a greater impact on the measurement results, it is not commonly used.
