接触性皮炎系一常见的皮肤病,原因繁多。我们曾遇到由接触液体燃料——柴油——所致的急性皮炎一例,罕见报导,故报告如下,以供参考。患者姚××,男性,20岁,住院号3426,系牵引车驾驶学兵。于1960年11月15日,以四肢瘙痒及泛发性出疹已13天而入院。患者参加助民劳动,为某水库工地运输材料,使用地方供应的黑色柴油。13天前为牵引车作例行检查,不慎将油箱开关盖弄掉,大量柴油由开关喷出,患者当时取半坐卧位在车底工作,立即以双手去堵开关,柴油乃从两袖口灌入并流至颈部,喷在地上的油也很多,将患者的棉裤全浸透,致染污肢肤。当时尚无何不适,随即彻底更衣,约经6小时
