目的:探讨十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)症状再发的诱因及与DU的关系。方法:对80例DU症状再发者进行内镜检查,病理检验、HP测定及诱因分析。结果:检出DU 52例(65%),无DU 28例(35%)。HP阳性66例,阳性率82.5%。结论:DU复发是引起DU症状再发的主要因素,HP阳性又是DU复发的主要病因。饮食不当、精神压力、吸烟、嗜酒、服用胃损药物,与DU再发均有较密切的关系。
Objective: To investigate the causes of recurrence of duodenal ulcer (DU) and its relationship with DU. Methods: 80 cases of DU recurrence were examined by endoscopy, pathological examination, HP determination and incentive analysis. Results: Du was detected in 52 cases (65%) without DU in 28 cases (35%). 66 cases of positive HP, the positive rate of 82.5%. Conclusion: The recurrence of DU is the main factor that causes the recurrence of DU symptoms. The positive result of DU is the main cause of DU recurrence. Improper diet, mental stress, smoking, alcohol abuse, taking drugs for stomach damage, and DU recurrence are more closely related.
