随着开放大学的成立,英语作为开放大学课程中不可或缺的一部分,也从教学体系、教学模式等方面进行着改革,以适应时代与社会发展的要求。作为一个完整的课程体系,开放大学英语课程同样包含显性课程与隐性课程,它们一同构成了课程教育系统的精髓。回顾开放大学以往的改革历程,开放大学英语教学的创新主要体现在显性课程方面,而对英语教学中能对学生产生潜移默化作用的隐性因素往往没有给予足够的重视,如英语教学的环境创设、和谐的人际关系的建立、教师角色的定位等。作为身处改革大潮中的开放大学英语教师,应重视英语教学中的隐性因素,发挥其在英语教学中的积极作用,从提倡“以人为本”的隐性课程视角出发,重视开放大学英语教学的改革与创新。

As an open college English teacher living in the tide of reform, attention should be paid to the recessive factors in English teaching and to exert its positive role in English teaching. From the perspective of promoting the “people-oriented” recessive curriculum, emphasis should be placed on opening up College English Teaching Reform and Innovation.
