澳大利亚蒙尼尔有限公司发展部总经理斯塔克等人,曾两次前来我国访问,并着重对粉煤灰的综合利用进行了技术交流。现将有关资料编译如下。一、粉煤灰可改善混凝土的性能 (一)改善和易性混凝土中掺加粉煤灰后,由于粉煤灰粒子中的玻璃体和球形微珠增加了拌合物的可塑性,因此,拌合物中需水量可减少,粗骨料的掺加量可得到增加,使胶结料能得到较好的利用。 (二)降低水化热掺粉煤灰的混凝土产生的水化热比仅用普通水泥的混凝土少。产生水化热的速度和数量取决于粉煤灰的细度和质量,以及它在全部混合物中所占的比例。当中热水泥(即美国的第Ⅱ类水泥)掺入粉煤灰时,其28天的水化热,仅相当于不掺粉煤灰时的
