目的评价GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶充填系统在下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管中的充填效果。方法 60颗具有C形根管特征的下颌第二恒磨牙使用ProTaper冠向下法预备根管随机均分成三组,分别以GuttaFlow充填系统(A组)、连续波热牙胶充填法(B组)和冷侧压充填法充填根管(C组)。三组样本进行颊舌向和近远中向的RVG摄像,比较出现气泡、侧支根管和网状根尖三角的充填影像牙数。同时进行锥形束CT扫描,记录不同根截面形态上充填物与根管间出现空隙的牙数。结果 A组出现侧枝根管的几率大于C组(25.0%vs.0)(P<0.05);A组在根下1/3出现空隙的牙数小于B、C组(P<0.05)。结论 GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶用于充填下颌第二磨牙C形根时效果较用热牙胶和冷侧压充填好,尤其是在根下1/3具有良好的密合性。
Objective To evaluate the filling effect of GuttaFlow normal-temperature flow gutta-percha filling system in C-shaped root canal of mandibular second molars. Methods Sixty second mandibular permanent molars with C-shaped root canal features were randomly divided into three groups according to the ProTaper coronal approach. Group A was treated with GuttaFlow filling system (group A) ) And cold lateral filling method filling root canal (C group). Three sets of samples were examined by RVG imaging in the buccolingual direction and in the near and far direction. The number of filled images of air bubble, lateral root canal and reticular apical triangle were compared. At the same time, a cone beam CT scan was performed to record the number of teeth with gaps between the filling and the root canal in different root sections. Results The incidence of lateral root canal in group A was greater than that in group C (25.0% vs.0) (P <0.05). The number of teeth in group A under the root 1/3 was less than that in group B and C (P <0.05). Conclusion GuttaFlow at room temperature is suitable for filling the C-shaped root of the second molar with hot denture and cold side pressure filling, especially in the root 1/3.
