黄河下游引黄灌溉从1958年到现在已经有了50多个年头,黄河下游引黄灌溉的面积已经达到将近700万亩左右,是我国自流灌溉最大的区域之一,重要性可见一斑。但随着社会的发展,人们越来越多的看重经济和政治上的发展,在发展的过程中忽略了环保的问题,这些问题也体现在了黄河下游的引黄灌溉上。在这种大环境下,怎样搞好黄河下游引黄灌溉的可持续发展就成了当今社会急需解决的问题。本文主要对黄河下游引黄灌溉目前的现状入手,对黄河下游引黄灌溉的应用以及今后的发展策略进行分析研究。
The Yellow River irrigation in the lower reaches of the Yellow River has been in existence for more than 50 years from 1958 to the present. The area for dredging the Yellow River has reached nearly 700 million mu. It is one of the largest areas for gravity irrigation in our country. The importance is obvious. However, with the development of the society, people pay more and more attention to the economic and political development and neglect the issue of environmental protection in the process of development. These problems are also reflected in the irrigation of the Yellow River in the Yellow River. Under such circumstances, how to do a good job in the sustainable development of irrigating in the Yellow River has become an urgent problem to be solved in today’s society. This paper mainly starts with the current status quo of Yellow River irrigation in the Yellow River, and analyzes the application of Yellow River irrigation and the development strategy in the future.
