图1所示的零件,形状和尺寸相同,只是材料和厚度不同。因批量小,故设设制造了一种钢皮锌基合金落料模(见图2)。该模具制造方法与一般锌基合金模基本相同,只是有一些改进。一、凹模漏料孔的加工为加工出漏料孔,在离凸模下端面约10~15毫米的上方围绕凸模包一圈软金属片(如铝皮、铜皮等)。这样未包处可加工出锌基合金凹模刃口,已包处可加工出凹模的漏料孔。为了防止合金在浇注时流进金属片与凸模之间的缝隙,可将接缝处用很细的铅丝拧紧,再用耐火泥或黄泥(调成浆糊状)涂
The parts shown in Figure 1 have the same shape and dimensions except for the material and the thickness.
