当前随着黄河事业改革、发展的不断深入,特别是水管体制改革后,基层黄河系统出现了“身份相同,岗位不同,岗位相同,身份不同,同工不同酬,同酬不同工”的复杂局面。因其身份不同,各自关心的事情就会不同,对待同一事物的视觉、关心程度、理解能力、工作态度也不尽相同。工作中,共识的形成和向心力的凝聚较难达成。所以,加强和改进思想政治工作,充分发挥政治核心作用来应对当前的复杂局面是摆在我们面前的当务之急。笔者分析了当前面临的具体问题,试述了新形势下如何开展思想政治工作的方法、步骤。
