机器设计和制制造中的平面尺寸链问题,直到目前为止仍大多是应用平面几何法求解,计算过程复杂,而且无通用规则可寻;本文提出了应用矢量矩阵理论来求解平面尺寸链,这种新方法可以简化运算过程,并且有利于应用计算机进行计算.计算是应用罗得里克公式建立矢量回转的矩阵,然后编制计算机程序求解,文中结合一个实例具体运算,所得结果和用几何法计算结果相同.
The problem of planar dimension chain in machine design and manufacturing is still mostly solved by the application of the plane geometry method. The calculation process is complicated and there is no general rule to be found. This paper proposes to apply the vector matrix theory to solve the planar dimension chain. The new method can simplify the calculation process, and is conducive to the use of computer to calculate. The calculation is to use Ronald’s formula to establish a matrix of vector rotation, and then to prepare a computer program to solve, combined with an example of specific operations, the results obtained and the results calculated by the geometric method the same.
