〔目的〕调查引起此次食物中毒的原因,防止口岸区域内再次发生类似的突发公共卫生事件。〔方法〕对疑似食物中毒患者的发病特点、临床表现、流行病学特征进行调查和分析;采集确诊病例呕吐物、肛拭子,食堂从业人员肛拭子,以及发病前一天早、中、晚餐和当天早餐食物留样以及可疑食品生河粉进行实验室检测。〔结果〕经临床诊断,28例疑似食物中毒患者中有8例确诊为食物中毒。所有食物留样和生河粉样品以及病例呕吐物中均检出蜡样芽孢杆菌,生河粉样品的蜡样芽孢杆菌计数为13×107cfu/g。从业人员肛拭子中2份检出奇异变形杆菌,1份检出大肠埃希菌,未检出金黄色葡萄球菌。〔结论〕这是一起由蜡样芽孢杆菌污染食物而引起的集体食物中毒事件。口岸辖区内的企业职工食堂存在食物中毒隐患,口岸检验检疫机构应将其作为食品卫生监督的重点,加强管理以杜绝类似事件的发生。
[Purpose] To investigate the causes of this food poisoning and prevent similar public health emergencies in port areas from happening again. [Methods] The incidence, clinical manifestations and epidemiological characteristics of patients suspected of food poisoning were investigated and analyzed. Vomitus, anal swabs and rectal swabs from the canteens were collected, and the early, middle and late day And the same day breakfast food samples as well as suspicious foods raw rice for laboratory testing. 〔Results〕 After clinical diagnosis, 28 cases of suspected food poisoning patients diagnosed as food poisoning. Bacillus cereus was detected in all the samples of food samples, samples of raw water and samples of vomit and vomit of the samples. The count of Bacillus cereus samples of raw river samples was 13 × 107cfu / g. Escherichia coli was detected in 2 of the rectal swabs of commercial practitioners, and Staphylococcus aureus was not detected. [Conclusion] This is a collective food poisoning incident caused by contamination of food by Bacillus cereus. Food poisoning risks exist in the canteens of enterprises and staff in the area under the jurisdiction of the port and the port inspection and quarantine authorities should take it as the focus of food hygiene supervision and strengthen management to prevent similar incidents from happening.
