目的:护士在根管治疗术中采用四手操作的护理配合要点,完善根管治疗术的操作流程,提高工作效率及质量。方法:100例急性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎患者接受根管治疗,采用四手操作。护理配合包括安排患者、准备用物、调配材料、传递和交换器械,并在操作过程中及时吸除口内唾液、水及碎屑等。结果:所有患牙经根管治疗后X线片显示为恰充,并无严重术后并发症。结论:护士必须具备丰富的专业知识及熟练的操作技能,才能迅速、准确的顺利完成治疗工作。
Objective: Nurses in the root canal therapy using four-handed operation with the main points of care, improve the root canal treatment of the operation process, improve work efficiency and quality. Methods: One hundred patients with acute pulpitis and chronic apical periodontitis underwent root canal therapy. Four-handed operation was performed. Care and cooperation include arranging patients, preparing supplies, preparing materials, transferring and exchanging equipment, and timely removing saliva, water and debris from the mouth in the course of operation. Results: All the teeth after root canal treatment showed a right X-ray filling, and no serious postoperative complications. Conclusion: Nurses must have a wealth of expertise and proficiency in operational skills, in order to quickly and accurately complete the treatment work.
