牙科技术和材料的进展促进了夹板的制作,其中一个进展为树脂能有效地粘附于预先用磷酸处理的釉质面上,由此而衍生酸蚀树脂夹板。本文目的是介绍一种用单纤维尼龙线和酸蚀树脂对外伤性脱位牙的夹板固定术。这种夹板既固定了松动牙,同时还允许有一定的生理性动度,该夹板使用方便、无损伤性、美观、卫生、持久、舒适,且易拆除。此种夹板唯一明显的缺点为不能用于横跨无牙间隙。方法:夹板固定术所需材料:充填或非充填修复树脂,酸蚀粘合系统的釉质处理剂和20磅到30磅实验单纤维尼龙线。
Advances in dental technology and materials have facilitated the production of splints, one of which has progressed as resins that effectively adhere to the enamel surface previously treated with phosphoric acid, thereby deriving the acid-cured resin splint. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a single fiber nylon and acid etching resin on traumatic dislocation of the teeth splint fixation. This splint not only fixed the loose teeth, but also allows a certain degree of physiological mobility, the splint is easy to use, non-destructive, beautiful, sanitary, lasting, comfortable, and easy to remove. The only obvious drawback of such cleats is that they can not be used across the toothless gap. METHODS: Materials needed for splint fixation: filled or non-filled prosthetic resin, enamel treatment of the acid-etched adhesive system and 20 pounds to 30 pounds of experimental monofilament nylon yarn.
