目的总结高压氧治疗在脑卒中所致抑郁症患者治疗中的应用。方法以高压氧治疗、脑卒中、抑郁症为关键词,检索相关的文献。结果发现高压氧配合药物治疗较单纯药物及单纯高压氧治疗更加有效,同时也能减轻药物的不良反应,并能够改善脑卒中抑郁症患者原发病的症状。结论高压氧作为新的治疗手段配合药物应用于脑卒中后抑郁症的治疗,可以提高脑卒中后抑郁症患者的治愈率。然而在治疗的时机、时程上还有待进一步研究。
Objective To summarize the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of stroke patients with depression. Methods Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, stroke, depression as the key words, retrieve the relevant literature. The results showed that hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug therapy is more effective than simple drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, but also can reduce the adverse drug reactions, and can improve the symptoms of stroke in patients with primary disease. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen, as a new therapeutic agent, can be used to treat post-stroke depression and improve the cure rate of patients with post-stroke depression. However, the timing of treatment, the schedule needs further study.
