当前,提升高职教师人文素质,对于提升高职办学质量,推动高职院校内涵式发展具有十分重要作用。在明确高职院校教师人文素质重要性的基础上,结合地方高职院校的实际,对提升高职教师人文素质的有效途径进行了深入探索:一是通过营造氛围,催化教师培育人文素养的意识;二是在教学实践中提升人文素质;三是对高职教师评价体系进行改革。
At present, improving the humanistic quality of higher vocational teachers plays an important role in improving the quality of higher vocational schools and promoting the connotative development of higher vocational colleges. On the basis of clarifying the importance of the humanistic quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges and combining with the actual conditions of local higher vocational colleges, this paper explores the effective ways to improve the humanistic qualities of higher vocational teachers. First, through cultivating an atmosphere to catalyze teachers’ cultivation of humanistic accomplishments Consciousness; second is to enhance humanistic quality in teaching practice; third is to reform the evaluation system of higher vocational teachers.
