本文针对掷铁饼运动易忽视的制动问题,提出了两次制动的新见解,并从生物力学角度分析了两次制动的运动学和动力学的有关问题,得出了第一次制动是增大肌肉力量的基础,第二次制动是提高出手初速度的关键的结论。
Aiming at the problem that the discus is easy to ignore, this paper proposes two new ideas about the braking and analyzes the kinematics and dynamics of the two braking from the biomechanical point of view. Dynamic is the basis for increasing muscle strength, the second brake is to improve the initial speed of the key conclusion.
