物理教学实施素质教育的目标是培养具有较高科学素质的工作人才,它主要体现在培养多方面的能力上,比如观察和实验、归纳和演绎类比和推理,使用工具仪器、查阅图表资料的能力等。在诸多能力的培养中,笔者认为创新能力是核心,创新意识是基础。笔者在多年的物理教学中,就如何培养学生的创新意识和创新能力方面做了许多尝试,积累了一点经验,现奉献给广大同行们。这仅是个人的管见而已,窥一斑何以知全豹,无非是想起一点抛砖引玉的作用罢了。
