摘要目的对有或无神经代谢性疾病的儿童第一时间进行MRS成像,定量评价脑组织内的乳酸信号,以验证MRS检出乳酸可作为线粒体疾病标志物的假说是否正确。方法对88例疑诊神经代谢疾病的儿童病人行脑室上方横断面脑组织的多体素MRS,并将病人分为“明确的”(n=17,≥1主要标准),“可能性大”(n=10,≥2次要标准),“有可能”(n=17、1个次要准则)和“不可能”(n=44,没有任何标准)的线粒体疾病共4组。计算全部体素的乳酸信号总和,并以标准化任意单位或与肌酸的比值用来表示乳酸水平。将10例“不可能”
Abstract Objective To evaluate MRS imaging in children with or without metabolic diseases and to evaluate the lactic acid signal in brain tissue quantitatively to verify the hypothesis that MRS detected lactate as a mitochondrial disease marker. Methods A total of 88 children with suspected neurological metabolic diseases underwent a multi-voxel MRS with a cross-sectional brain tissue above the ventricles. The patients were divided into “definite” (n = 17, ≥1 major criteria), “ (N = 10, ≥ 2 secondary criteria), ”“ possible ”(n = 17, 1 minor criterion), and“ impossible ”(n = 44, without any criteria) Mitochondrial disease a total of 4 groups.
