本文介绍了新产品2FL5B50A-2.2半封闭制冷压缩机结构设计和全性能试验结果。该机由于采用了曲拐轴无油泵供油润滑系统、新型气阀组及其它技术措施,其Ke值比2F6.3型制冷压缩机提高了28.6%,同时比国外同类产品也有所提高。
This article describes the new product 2FL5B50A-2.2 semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor structural design and full-performance test results. Due to the crankshaft oil pump lubrication system, the new valve train and other technical measures, the Ke value is 28.6% higher than that of the 2F6.3 refrigeration compressor, and it is also higher than similar foreign products.
