报道了一种声光调Q激光二极管抽运Nd∶YVO4晶体腔外五倍频213nm深紫外全固态激光器。实验上分别利用KTP和两块BBO晶体产生532nm倍频绿光,266nm紫外四倍频以及基波与四倍频的混频,实现了从Nd∶YVO4近红外激光到213nm深紫外激光的频率变换。在10.3W抽运功率下,获得平均输出功率3.1mW,脉宽7.5ns的213nm深紫外激光输出。
Reported an acousto-optic Q-switched laser diode pumped Nd:YVO4 crystal five times frequency 213nm deep ultraviolet all-solid-state laser. Experimentally, the frequency conversion from Nd: YVO4 near-infrared laser to 213-nm deep-UV laser was achieved by using KTP and two BBO crystals respectively to generate 532nm frequency-doubled green light, 266nm UV fourth harmonic and fundamental and quadruple frequency mixing . At 10.3 W pumping power, a 213 nm deep UV laser output with an average output power of 3.1 mW and a pulse width of 7.5 ns was obtained.
