目的研究不同溶剂和温度下决明子中对照品红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷与异红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷相互转化,并对转化产物进行分析鉴定。方法将红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷和异红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷分别置于不同溶剂、不同温度下处理,采用HPLC测定转化产物的含量,计算转化产物的增加率,并利用HPLC-DAD、LC-ESI/MS、NMR对转化产物进行分析。结果在水和氨水溶液中,于一定温度下红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷与异红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷能相互转化;在酸性水溶液中,不能转化。溶剂和温度是影响转化和两者稳定性的重要因素。结论在国内外,首次发现红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷和异红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷能相互转化。
OBJECTIVE To study the transformation of the control maronixin gentiobioside and iso-erythromycin gentiobioside into cassia seed under different solvents and temperatures, and to analyze the conversion products. Methods The erythromycin gentianobiose and erythromycin-susceptible gentiobioside were placed in different solvents and treated at different temperatures. The content of the conversion products was determined by HPLC, and the increase rate of the conversion products was calculated. The HPLC- The conversion product was analyzed by DAD, LC-ESI / MS, NMR. The results in water and ammonia solution, at a certain temperature, erythromycins gentiobioside and erythromycin gentiobioside biosynthesis can be transformed into each other; in acidic aqueous solution, can not be transformed. Solvents and temperature are important factors that affect both the conversion and the stability of both. Conclusions At home and abroad, it was found for the first time that erythromycins gentiobioside and erythromycins gentiobioside could be transformed into each other.
