目的:探究治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年3月我院收治的69例儿童支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组34例患者,治疗组35例患者。对照组采用常规性治疗方式:糖皮质激素加β2受体激动剂,治疗组在此基础上加用用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片进行治疗,对临床治疗效果进行分析。结果:在本次研究中,治疗组的显效人数30例,总有效率为85.7%,对照组的显效人数22例,总有效率为64.7%,治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,比较结果存在明显的差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的哮喘消失时间及急性症状消失时间和住院时间均小于对照组,两组比较结果存在比较大差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在本次研究中,治疗组出现不良反应的患者和对照组无明显差异性,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对儿童支气管哮喘患者采用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片进行治疗,其效果明显,安全性高,能有效改善临床症状,因此值得临床推广和应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of treating bronchial asthma in children. Methods: A total of 69 children with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 34 patients in control group and 35 patients in treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy: glucocorticoid plus β2 agonist. The treatment group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets on the basis of this treatment, and the clinical treatment effect was analyzed. Results: In this study, the effective number of the treatment group 30 cases, the total effective rate was 85.7%, the control group, the effective number of 22 cases, the total effective rate was 64.7%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, compared The results showed significant differences, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The disappearance time of asthma and the disappearance of acute symptoms and hospital stay in the treatment group were less than those in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups with statistically significant (P <0.05). In this study, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in patients with adverse reactions, which was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of children with bronchial asthma using montelukast sodium chewable tablets, the effect is obvious, safe, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
