“国培”——我成长的动力

两个多月的培训转眼就过去了,这是我人生中弥足珍贵的一段经历,给我留下了精彩而美好的回忆。这次培训为我提供了一个很好的学习平台,使我树立了新的育人理念,更深层次地理解了“以人为本”在教育中的真正内涵。“国培”拓展了我的视野,打开了我的思路,使我增强了许多知识技能。在参加培训的这段时间里,“国培”给予我足够的支持和帮助,让我充分感受到了“海纳百川”的胸襟,在对“国培”肃然起敬的同时,我也为自己的成长惊喜万分。这次网络培训为我今后的教学工作提供了新的动力。通过学习,我感到了自己的无知;通过思考,我认识了实践的艰难,并在学习中有了很多收获。我认为培训的最终目的不在于掌握了多少技巧和理论,而在于让教师树立了强烈的课程意识,更加深刻地体会 More than two months of training passed in an instant, which is a precious experience in my life, leaving me with wonderful and beautiful memories. This training provided me with a good learning platform, which enabled me to establish a new concept of educating people and further understand the true meaning of “people-oriented” in education. “Guo Pei ” expanded my horizons, opened up my train of thought, so I enhanced a lot of knowledge and skills. During the training period, “Guo Pei ” gave me enough support and help me to fully feel my “Heiner rivers ” ’s mind. While awaiting "Guo Pei I am also very surprised for their own growth. This online training has provided a new impetus to my teaching work in the future. Through learning, I felt my ignorance; through thinking, I realized the hardships of practice, and learned a lot in learning. 摘 要:教师在教学中采用各种新课改提倡的教学模式、教学方法,但无论采用何种模式与方法,在操作过程中无一例外都会遇到课堂提问这一环节。教师若对提问这一环节处理得不好,往往会让教学效果大打折扣,使看起来是新课改的课堂实际上沦为了“新瓶装老酒”。本人根据自己思想品德课教学实践,对如何提问及提什么样的问题才能贯彻新课改理念,才能充分发挥教师的主导作用及学生的主体作用,即课堂提问的有效性作了总结。  关键词
