创新的重要地位已经得到理论界和实践界的普遍认可,但关于影响创新的关键因素则仁者见仁。网络理论强调企业外部网络位置对企业创新的作用,而企业内部能力观则认为吸收能力才是决定企业创新的最重要因素。本文认为,上述两种观点各执一词,也各有道理,但都是片面而不完整的,应该综合看待。本文利用三个维度来刻画网络位置,并且引入吸收能力,考虑吸收能力与网络位置的交互作用,从而构建出更具说服力的整合模型。 The important position of innovation has been generally recognized by both theorists and practitioners, but the key factor influencing innovation is the benevolence. Network theory emphasizes the role of external network location of enterprises in the innovation of enterprises, while the view of internal capacity of enterprises considers that absorptive capacity is the most important factor that determines the innovation of enterprises. This article argues that each of the above two kinds of views has its own meaning and each has its own merits. However, they are all unilateral and incomplete, and they should be comprehensively treated. In this paper, we use three dimensions to depict the location of the network, and introduce the absorptive capacity, considering the interaction between absorptive capacity and network location, so as to build a more convincing integration model.
