目的 :了解多肿瘤抑制基因 - 1(MTS1 )在膀胱移行细胞癌中的纯合子缺失情况 ,探讨 MTS1 纯合子缺失在膀胱移行细胞癌发生与发展中的意义。方法 :收集温州医学院手术切除的膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡标本 35例 ,采用比较 PCR法检测其 MTS1 纯合子缺失情况。结果 :剔除 2例不可比标本 ,33例标本中 ,MTS1 纯合子缺失 6例 ,缺失率为 18.2 %。其中 级、 级、 级膀胱移行细胞癌 MTS1 纯合子缺失率分别为 18.2 % (2 / 11)、2 0 .0 % (3/ 15 )和 14.3% (1/ 7) ;Tis~ T1 期肿瘤和 T2 ~ T4期肿瘤 MTS1 纯合子缺失率分别为 2 2 .2 % (4 / 18)和 13.3% (2 / 15 ) ,各级和各期肿瘤的 MTS1 纯合子缺失率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :MTS1 纯合子对膀胱移行细胞癌的发生起一定作用 ,但与肿瘤的进展无关
Objective: To investigate the deletion of multiple tumor suppressor gene - 1 (MTS1) in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and its significance in the occurrence and development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods: Totally 35 cases of paraffin-embedded bladder transitional cell carcinoma were collected from Wenzhou Medical College. The deletion of MTS1 homozygote was detected by comparative PCR. Results: Two cases of incomparable specimens were excluded. Among the 33 specimens, there were 6 cases of missing MTS1 homozygote with a deletion rate of 18.2%. The deletion rate of MTS1 homozygote in grade, grade and grade of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were 18.2% (2/11), 20.0% (3/15) and 14.3% (1/7) respectively. Tis ~ T1 tumor and The deletion rates of MTS1 homozygotes in T2 ~ T4 tumors were 22.2% (4/18) and 13.3% (2/15), respectively. There was no significant difference in the deletion rate of MTS1 homozygote in all stages and stages (P> 0 .0 5). Conclusion: MTS1 homozygote plays a role in the development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, but it has nothing to do with the progress of tumor
