根据渤海某油田生产污水处理现状及油田生产污水特性,笔者筛选出阳离子型聚合物助滤剂BHZ-05并在油田开展现场试验,与现场在用国外助滤剂进行对比。试验表明助滤剂BHZ-05现场处理效果良好,污水含油值、固体悬浮物含量及粒径中值等污水处理指标均达到现场处理要求,且现场处理流程稳定及相关设备运行正常,成功实现该油田助滤剂的国产化,节约了现场药剂使用成本。
According to the status of wastewater treatment in a certain oil field in Bohai Sea and the characteristics of oilfield production wastewater, the author screened the cationic polymer filter aid BHZ-05 and carried out on-site tests in oilfields, comparing with foreign aids used in the field. The test showed that the filter aid BHZ-05 had a good on-site treatment effect, and the wastewater treatment indexes such as the oil content in the sewage, the content of the suspended solids and the median diameter of the sewage reached the site treatment requirements, and the on-site treatment process was stable and the related equipment was operating normally. Localization of oil filter aid, saving the cost of site pharmacy.
