目的:建立猪胆粉HPLC特征图谱。方法:应用Waters Symmetry C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2%甲酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~35min,甲醇50%→80%;35~39min,甲醇80%→90%;39~43min,甲醇90%→50%),流速:0.6mL.min-1;柱温:40℃;ELSD为检测器,漂移管温度:85℃,载气为高纯氮气,流量:1.5L.min-1。结果:通过分析12批样品,确定了7个共有峰,建立了猪胆粉的HPLC特征图谱。结论:该方法简便准确,灵敏度高,可作为猪胆粉的质量评价的依据之一。
Objective: To establish the HPLC characteristic map of porcine bile powder. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of methanol-0.2% formic acid (0-35 min, methanol 50% → 80%; 35-39 min, methanol 80%) using a Waters Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, The column temperature was 40 ° C, the temperature of the drift tube was 85 ° C, the carrier gas was high-purity nitrogen gas, Flow: 1.5L.min-1. Results: By analyzing 12 batches of samples, seven common peaks were identified and HPLC profiles of porcine gall powder were established. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used as a basis for the quality evaluation of porcine bile powder.
