本文以STC五坐标加工中心为载体,通过机床新功能开发,掌握基于零件典型特征的在线测量技术,实现基于零件状态的刀长自动补偿技术,初步实践了将零件实际状态与理论编程相结合的加工技术理论,为航空发动机产品质量和效率提升提供了一种改善方式。
Based on the STC five-coordinate machining center as a carrier, this paper develops a new function of the machine tool to master the on-line measurement technology based on the typical features of the part and realizes the tool length automatic compensation technology based on the part status.
