随着课程改革的深入推进,改变对课堂教学的评价变得愈加重要。在新课程理念下我们大力提倡校本培训,教师之间通过听课与评课应是相互学习的最好方式。但现实中的听课评课常常令人失望,因为多是形式化的应付而已,对于提高教师的业务水平,效果甚微,我时常思考该如何去突破这个困境,本文就结合自身的工作实际谈谈当前数学听课与评课存在的问题以及个人的有效建议。
With the deepening of curriculum reform, it is increasingly important to change the evaluation of classroom teaching. Under the new curriculum concept, we strongly advocate school-based training, and the best way to learn from each other is to take lectures and evaluate lectures among teachers. However, in reality, listening classes are often disappointing because most of them are formal ones. For improving the professional level of teachers, they have little effect. I often think about how to break through this dilemma. Talking about the existing problems of mathematics lectures and assessment classes and the effective advice of individuals.
