目的探究卫生院护理中健康教育的应用及可行性。方法 86例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育措施。比较两组患者护理满意状况评分和护理前后焦虑、抑郁变化状况。结果观察组患者护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分分别为(45.6±1.8)、(47.9±1.5)分,均高于对照组的(51.7±1.9)、(54.7±1.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理质量总评分为(94.4±3.2)分,高于对照组的(76.1±3.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育措施在卫生院护理中效果显著,能很好提高患者对护理满意状况,并降低患者不良情绪,促使患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the application and feasibility of health education in nursing homes. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given health education measures on the basis of the control group. The scores of nursing satisfaction and anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were (45.6 ± 1.8) and (47.9 ± 1.5) points respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (51.7 ± 1.9 and 54.7 ± 1.8), respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The total score of nursing quality in the observation group was (94.4 ± 3.2) points higher than that of the control group (76.1 ± 3.1), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The health education measures have significant effects in the nursing of hospitals, which can improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing and reduce the bad mood of the patients, so as to prompt the patients to recover as soon as possible.
