越来越多的商品仓库需要进行环境空气湿度的有效控制。这里推荐的两点自控仪,是笔者在《商业科技》1983年第5期发表“运用电子技术,搞好烟糖酒商品自控养护”(即:一点式)一文之后的第二个新成果。四年来的实践表明:它性能完好、安全可靠、稳定性强、造价低廉,有广泛的适用性和具有普遍的推广价值。毛发光电自控仪的湿度检测部份如附图。图中的脱脂毛发对空气湿度特别敏感。毛发的一端固定在调节螺丝上,另一端固定在一个杠杆的动力支臂上,杠杆的阻力臂就是指针。动力臂端点和动力支臂端点各有一个平衡锤。毛发长度随空气湿度而变化时,就会牵动指针使其指示位置移动,以显示湿度的变化。当湿度增大,毛发吸潮伸长,指针就按顺时针方向移动,表示湿度上升;湿
More and more commodity warehouses require effective control of ambient air humidity. The two-point automatic control device recommended here is the second new result of the author’s article “Using Electronic Technology to Improve the Self-Control and Conservation of Cigarette and Alcohol Products” in the fifth issue of “Commercial Technology” in 1983. The practice in the past four years shows that it has good performance, safety, reliability, stability, low cost, has a wide range of applicability and has universal promotion value. The humidity detection part of the hair photoelectric controller is shown in the figure. The defatted hair in the figure is particularly sensitive to air humidity. One end of the hair is fixed on the adjusting screw, and the other end is fixed on the power arm of a lever. The lever of the lever is a pointer. Each end of the power arm and the end of the power arm has a counterweight. When the hair length changes with the humidity of the air, it moves the pointer to indicate its position to show the change in humidity. When the humidity increases, the hair absorbs moisture and the pointer moves in a clockwise direction, indicating a rise in humidity;
