新课程理念的提出,对每位教师提出了更新、更高的要求,由以前的面向精英化,以科学知识为本,侧重认知层面走向了现在的大众教育。由统一的硬性规定走向开放的灵活管理,这些都是对教师教学的巨大挑战,尤其对长期工作在农村的教师来说,挑战更大,需要转变的难度更大,所以近年来在生物教学中出现了一系列的问题和困难,导致了农村学生的成绩低于城市学生。
The idea of the new curriculum put forward new and higher requirements for each teacher. From the previous elites oriented towards the elite, with scientific knowledge as the basis, the emphasis placed on the level of cognition toward the current mass education. From unified rigid rules to open and flexible management, these are great challenges to teachers’ teaching.
