北京市崎峰茶金矿选矿厂原矿堆场应用耙矿绞车,辅助自卸汽车向原矿仓中耙矿,投资少,效果好,对采选分升建厂的中小型黄金矿山具有借鉴意义。崎峰茶金矿采选分开建厂,相距20km。原矿用汽车运输。选矿厂生产规模为日处理矿石100t。由于原矿仓贮矿量有限,并且为了解决采选间均衡生产问题,设置了较大的原矿堆场。原矿堆场中矿石的倒运,目前各金矿选矿厂主要有两种办法,一是人工运矿,二是推土机或装载机运矿。前者劳动强度大,不适应生产要求;后者投资高,设备利用率低,而采用耙矿绞车则较好地解决了这个矛盾。
