本试验采用同位素铷~(86)(Rb~(86))示踪法,测定整体动物冠脉血流量,观察药物对健康动物心肌营养性血流量的改变,以验证药物(中草药)对冠心病的治疗意义。实验动物及材料动物:选取发育良好、健康的小白鼠。材料:Rb~(86)C_1由中国科学院原子能研究所供应。半衰期为19.5天,用时以生理盐水配成0.04—0.1μc/0.1ml。潘生丁含量1Omg/ml,用时稀释成0.4%或所需浓度。0.9%NaCl生理盐水用时配制。
In this study, isotope osmium~(86)(Rb~(86)) tracer method was used to measure the coronary blood flow of the whole animal and observe the change of drug’s nutrient blood flow in healthy animals to verify the drug (Chinese herbs) against coronary heart disease. The therapeutic significance. Experimental Animals and Materials Animals: Well-selected, healthy mice were selected. Material: Rb ~ (86) C_1 supplied by the Institute of Atomic Energy, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The half-life is 19.5 days, and it is formulated with physiological saline to 0.04-0.1μc/0.1ml. The dipyridamole content is 1Omg/ml, diluted to 0.4% or the required concentration. 0.9% NaCl saline was used when formulated.
