目的:比较快速血糖仪与生化分析仪检测血糖水平的差异。方法:选取2011年6月至2012年6月我院收治的糖尿病患者160例进行分析,分别采用快速血糖仪与生化分析仪检测血糖水平,比较检测结果。结果:快速血糖仪与生化分析仪检测在空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:快速血糖仪与生化分析仪检测血糖水平的结果基本一致,而快速血糖仪操作简单,检测效率高,可广泛运用于临床血糖的检测。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences in blood glucose levels between fast glucose meter and biochemical analyzer. Methods: From June 2011 to June 2012, 160 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital were analyzed. The blood glucose level was measured by fast glucose meter and biochemical analyzer respectively, and the test results were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between fasting blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer in fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose level (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The results of fast blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer are consistent with those of blood glucose test. However, rapid blood glucose meter has the advantages of simple operation and high detection efficiency, which can be widely used in the detection of clinical blood sugar.
