随着中国改革开放的深入,传统的人格化因素对经济社会的影响似乎正在逐渐减弱,但浙江民营企业相互“抱团”的现象却越发明显。这体现了以血缘关系为突出特点的人格化因素在现代经济和管理制度下依旧发挥着不可替代的作用。民营企业特别是中小企业是为我国就业提供大量帮助的群体,它们的发展对于社会和谐稳定有着十分重要的意义。之后应该如何处理市场化和人格化关系将影响企业是否可以做大做强的重要因素。通过研究中小企业起步和发展阶段人格化关系的比重和对比之后发展,结合实际分析,为企业家们和个体经营者提供参考和借鉴。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the influence of traditional personalization factors on the economy and society seems to be gradually weakened, but the phenomenon that private-owned enterprises in Zhejiang Province each other “hold together” is more obvious.
